The best spiritual teachings are the ones with the fewest words because they cause the reader to turn inward, taking on the journey for themselves.
Everything I perceive is coloured by the belief that I am a spiritual energy partially housed in a dense energy form. I hesitate to use ‘spiritual energy’ only because the word ‘spiritual’ often has very humanly distilled ideas attached to it. Never the less, I subscribe to the notion that we are vibration awareness floating around in vibrational potential. It colours everything I do and every interaction I choose to have.
For me, there is order to the seeming chaos, and each layer of vibration has a function and purpose. So many people have come up with words and hierarchies for those vibrations. Each layer has a name and title. But I keep wanting to make it simple. I AM energy, and that energy has subtle layers of awareness. The larger energy has no need for a name or identity; it’s beautifully neutral wanting only to know itself.
From these angles of perception, I find that it is possible to soften and release anything that makes me feel stuck, bound or blind to joyful expression of being. The key component is willingness. Are you willing to do the work that sets you free?
A person makes choices, beginning where it is, and continues to make choices as it moves along its path. This is where Self Sovereignty comes into play on our spiritual journey. Do you know what you are wanting? Anyone can reclaim the fragments that have been hidden away if they show up willing to dive deeper into themselves. No one is ever stuck. How do you want to use your time? How do you want to focus your awareness? Is your focus working for you? Are you making choices based on anger and fear, or are you making choices based on love and trust? In the simplest way possible, find something, ANYTHING, to feel good about. Allow yourself time to shift vibrations, sometimes it takes a bit to reshape our narrative.
Be gentle with yourself on the journey, sometimes it takes a bit to reshape our narratives. It’s normal to get ourselves turned around in circles while we figure it out. In the words of my favourite teacher, ‘you can’t get it wrong, and you never get it done’ so relax.
