The energy for the past few days has been centered in the heart. Heart flutters, weird pressure, asthmatic sensations. Before that, it was a two day headache as the energy moved up my spine. There is nothing physically wrong with me, and yet the sensations within the physical can be so intense I have to lay down rather than push through. My life is set up in such a way that I can listen to the energy and respond accordingly. I think that the physical symptoms are teaching the old chaotic programming of this time that slow and steady is the new normal.
Pause, listen, respond.
As I continue to write I feel as thought I am mired in thickening subtle energy, indicating that I am pushing for words that don’t need names at this time. The words are stilted today. As we collectively become aware and awake, subtle shifts in energy will be more accessible even to those who have previously been unaware of the subtle world. But even to those of us that are sensitive in nature, sometimes the shifts come in halted jolts.
Energy shifts in vibration are all that is happening in a lot of cases, from energy surges, inner heat-pockets, headaches, to vertigo, heart flutters and weird aches, there are any number of symptoms that awareness is moving through the body. We have been asleep collectively for a long time, and this is what it feels like when the energy wakes us; it rolls and stretches.
We are a whole integrated spiritual system, not just parts, and as these parts come into greater alignment, perceptions of reality needs to change. If you’re worried, get things checked out by a health-care provider. But chances are, when they say nothing is wrong with you you’ll come away scratching your head, unless you open-up to a larger possibility. You are more than your body, and always have been.
If you find that the energy is wonky, go slower. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Remember that there are a whole host of tools available to you, so relax you and sink into the knowing you are built for these times.

- Get outside and walk in nature
- Dance/drum/play music, allow yourself to feel the rhythms it brings out in you
- Stretch your body, bring movement into your life (yoga, tai chi)

- Get a massage, or body work of some kind, it will assist your body in finding release
- Find a energy practitioner to help you; Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Qigong etc
- Find a community that will support you, these times are for connection
