We were taught over our many incarnations to pinch off from our natural state. We were convinced that in order to have those things we must first suffer, strive and earn them. Collectively, we are in the process of undoing all of that and the balance is shifting. We are in the process of claiming and allowing our natural birth right, those on the leading edge of this are holding space for the mass consciousness to step into awareness.
Its time to focus on the bigger picture.
There is a shift happening, where are you personally focused? What are you doing to stay in alignment?
It is becoming increasingly important to care for your body, your mental state and your spiritual well-being with healthy habits. For some more movement may mean yoga or tai chi, for others it will be bike riding or jogging. For others it will be changing their diets to organic and whole foods, while some just pay attention to what their bodies ask for. Finding what brings your layers of being into alignment is part of your work, no one way will work for everyone. Learning how to shift your human experience into alignment with the bigger picture is about becoming self sovereign. That does not mean you are not supported, your are held by so many seen and unseen energies and their love is permeating you even in this moment. You were not left to do this without support, do not ever think that, but you must remember that your connection to these energies does not come from outside yourself, it comes from within. Everything you need is here, now.
There are sign posts all around, a trail of light left by those who have gone before. There are classes, processes, and lessons from all manner of soul blueprint. Everything you need has been set before you for these times. Its why you’ve come. The light is hard to miss once you begin to look in earnest, the pulse is magnetic and sucks a seeker in the perfect direction.
Return to the breath. Bring yourself into the room, notice the space around your body. Go slow. Breathe in and notice the space inside your body.Breathe out and notice your sit bones. Allow yourself to sink into your seat, settling a little deeper as you breath. Relax. Soften anything that feels tense or tights. Breathe into anything that feels stuck. Notice what is here for you, in your body, in your emotions. Now, breathe into it. Fill it with awareness, feed it with breath. Continuing as needed through out the day.
These energetic times require more breath, more awareness and more allowing. Be gentle with yourself, you are a child of the universe, give yourself permission to take up space in it.
