Where do you choose to focus your energy? It’s all just perspective and perception. There is a lot going on right now, how are you viewing the world around you?
Can you get to that zoomed out place that lets you see the bigger picture?
Are you sitting in your fear or your trust?
Did you know that by shifting the angle you look at something you can gain a deeper understanding of the whole story, not just your narrow experience of it?
This world isn’t always as it seems, and it takes willing people to shift mass consciousness. That shift happens one person at a time.
There is more to this world than what media, society and culture would feed you. For those of us that want it, we know it takes practice. The tipping point for the collective is now. Even if you can’t see it, we’re banded together by staying awake and our numbers are growing. Where are your thoughts focused?
Breathe in. Notice the room around you. Notice what is in front of you. Breathe out. Notice your hands, your arms, your head, torso, hips, leg, feet. Breathe into your whole body. As you exhale, soften into this earthy vehicle. Soft the tight areas, the tension you hold for whatever reason…Breath grounds you into the now, into the moment. With breath there is no past, there is no future, there is only now. Breathe into your body, feel the gratitude of this moment, each in-breath a yes to life, a ‘yes’ to being here. Exhale and feel the gratitude for your body and its subtle information. Breath into your core, listen just a little deeper, there is so much here for you. Soften. Breathe in feed your cells, your center…breathe out melt what is frozen, what is stiff or stuck. Notice what is going on. Notice how you feel. Breathe into it. Feed it with your breath, soften it with your exhale. Be the observer.
