How have you been using your breath?
Fill your chest deeply and notice what the inhale can do for you.
Exhale slowly, and soften into your chair.
Notice the places within your body that are feeling stiff or stuck.
Slow and rhythmic, breath into the body, massaging those tight areas, releasing what isn’t serving you on the out-breath.
Melting what has become petrified.
Just for this moment shift your focus to the inside, breathe in and notice how you feel.
Exhale, deliberately surrendering what you are able. You can always pick it up later.
Sometimes all it takes is a moment to remember how to taste the honey.
