Old patterns seem to be surfacing, suspended in animation for optimal viewing. It’s as thought time has zoomed out so that I can become the observer and choice maker. There’s a reason we are told to slowdown for these times of transformation. It takes all our tools to stay present and awake as our inner patters (or demons) run amuk upon our inner landscape.
I’ve learned that breath and mantra are the two tools that can not be put down during the inner battle, so I return to them. Even while in the throes of the battle, fighting to surface into the energy of alignment. Breath is where the Light will touch my frozen places and mantra keeps the focus soft, stoking an inner fire, melting me into flow.
