Full Moon Magic

The moon was shining in my window last night, I found myself transfixed by its energy as the house slept. The magic of this full moon flooded me in my groggy state, and it was the feeling of possibilities that enveloped me. That may be why I’m so tired today, my late night talk with the moon is making me slower than normal to tasks today. I wonder if the messages from the moon had to do with the artwork I’ve been producing. The past five days I’ve been working on a large Flower of Life, intricately painting each curve with a small brush. It’s the largest canvas I’ve played with and the thrill of putting this magic down is palpable.  The formed universe, and the unlimited potential beyond it, all in intricate swirls…

“This is the time to sit with your wants and desires”, the moon seemed to whisper. “This is a time for lists and acknowledgments and sitting with the formed and unformed. How far have you come in your transformations? What are you creating now? How far would you like to go? Are you in alignment with what feels good? Can you access your inner child easily, and with a sense of play?”

As I sit here trying to remember what was coming through, I like the idea of my inner child. Its time to stir my inner child awake, the one that laughed so hard it fell down clutching its sides in joy. When was the last time my stomach hurt from so much happiness? As an adult, those fall-down ridiculous moments are too infrequent. These are just some of the questions this moon has brought in as I sit drinking my tea and remembering my night…

About Goddess in the Belly

Me? I'm one of the many bridges between two worlds. Blogging is a creative outlet for this energy to express itself. I believe nothing happens without vibration alignment, that we are continually creating as we go. Everything on these pages stems from my deep knowing that as we share honestly we transform the collective for the better.
