Autumn is Here

In the northern hemisphere the Autumn Equinox has come and shifted us over. We have tumbled across the threshold into a different energy. The harvest (of the self) is a time to gather lessons you’ve learned over the past season. It is time to collect the fruit of your labors and give yourself acknowledgment for a job well done. It is a time of questions:

What have you learned this year?

What are you in the middle of acknowledging in yourself?

Where are you sitting during this shift?

As you reflect, aim a little self-love your way and make room to listen. Take a moment over the next couple days to recognize how far you have come. Tend to your own garden for a bit, and take stock of what is still needed for the balance of the year.

What has been working well for you?

What hasn’t?

What needs more of your attention?

What needs less?

Pause and feel the gratitude wash over you as you take stock of the lessons that have been gifted this past season. Take a minute to appreciate you, and your personal journey, with new energy comes new opportunity for growth.

About Goddess in the Belly

Me? I'm one of the many bridges between two worlds. Blogging is a creative outlet for this energy to express itself. I believe nothing happens without vibration alignment, that we are continually creating as we go. Everything on these pages stems from my deep knowing that as we share honestly we transform the collective for the better.
